The Position-Fit Matrix

Unrivaled insight into candidate/position fit

We give a mirror-image version of the WorkFitDXR diagnostic to up to 5 people who work in or around the position you are looking to fill. This may include people who have the same position, the manager, people who they will work closely with, or even those who are leaving the position. You decide. We can send it to just one person, or you can even fill it out yourself, but we find that we are able to get much better accuracy by triangulating from a number of viewpoints around the position. After each person completes the diagnostic describing the position, our algorithm combines their responses and analyzes them with the employee/applicants response. We then create for you a customized Position-Fit Matrix Comparison Report for the position.

The cost for the Position-Fit Matrix is per position and includes a full comparison report of 2 to 20 people you are considering for the same position.
